Interested in solving “unsolvable” problems?

Hagen has spent decades helping local and global manufacturers change the way they identify opportunity, solve difficult problems and sustain improvement. That work depends on talented people who think independently, work collaboratively and are comfortable challenging assumptions.

Illustrative coaching scene: a senior male engineer points to a notebook while a younger adult male colleague follows the explanation and takes notes.

Life at Hagen

A collegiate organization with room to grow as fast as your ability.

Consultants work with world-leading companies at every level, from the shop floor to the boardroom. The role combines analytical problem solving, practical manufacturing work, team leadership and the ability to communicate clearly with people who see the operation from very different perspectives.

Hagen provides training in its philosophy, methodology, software and training tools so consultants can build the confidence and capability to work effectively with clients while continuing to develop their own strengths.
